1. About the Service

Genie Video Publisher ("the App") is an automated video publishing tool that uploads pre-produced video content to authorized TikTok accounts on behalf of its users. The App is operated by KAF PRO FOR MARKETING SERVICES VIA SOCIAL MEDIA EST., a sole establishment registered in Dubai, UAE (Trade License No. 1391565).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your TikTok account to the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not authorize the App to access your account.

3. User Authorization

The App accesses your TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth authorization flow. When you authorize the App, you grant it permission to:

• Publish video content to your TikTok account on your behalf
• Access basic account information (user ID and display name)

You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings.

4. Content Responsibility

You retain full ownership of all video content published through the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded through the App:

• Complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

The App does not create, modify, or curate video content. It serves solely as a publishing tool for content you have already produced.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App depends on TikTok's API, which may experience downtime or changes outside our control. We are not liable for failed uploads due to TikTok platform issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for any actions TikTok may take on your account, including content removal or account suspension
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

7. Account Termination

You may stop using the App and revoke access at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you are violating these terms or using the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
